Michael Neal


Michael Neal spent the majority of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (, as a registered alternative investment accountant/business analyst. Michael worked alongside many of the nation’s leading organizations in a wide variety of areas including public/private asset management investment reviews, real estate investment transaction analysis, employee benefit plan processing, and consumer product cost/profit evaluations.


Michael possesses in depth experience in the management of all phases in the audit/review accounting process including client planning strategy, execution of client financial data evaluation, analyzation of quarterly and yearly financial statements, and the presentation of financial results.


Beginning in 2020 Michael transitioned out of the large-scale fortune 500 industry to pursue his passion for small/midsize business consulting. The endeavor has resulted in the opportunity to assist clients in understanding the micro and macro effect operational expenses have on a company’s overall profit line, with an eye towards qualifying businesses for various government-based funding opportunities.


When Michael is not assisting clients in growing their business he enjoys quality time with his wife Amy, and two young children, Adelyn, and Eloise. In his spare time, Michael is an avid golfer, skier, and beach volleyball player, who loves to travel.


Michael received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. John’s University, with a focus in accounting & finance. In 2023 Michael completed his Harvard Business School business consulting & strategy certifications.


Bill Collins, AIF®


Bill is a graduate of Hobart College where he obtained a degree in Philosophy, while serving as VP of the Entrepreneur’s Club and the Pledge Master for the Kappa Alpha Society. When he wasn’t busy dedicating his time to his studies he enjoyed playing lacrosse and squash.

After graduation Bill began his long career in financial services. His broad experience spans various aspects of the retirement planning and investment management industry. Bill’s experience includes serving as the National Sales Director at Merrill Lynch, where he built and managed a team of 30 specialists who assisted financial advisors with the technical aspects of consultative selling and servicing of IRAs, Roth IRAs, 529s, SIMPLES, SEPs, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Non-Qualified Plans and Defined Benefit Plans. He also worked as Global Head of Corporate Consulting for Pershing, where he created a team of 8 consultants who strategically sold IRAs, Retirement Plans, 529s, Non-Purpose and Fully Paid Securities Lending, Trust Services, Cash Management Accounts, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, ETFs and Annuities to serve the needs of Broker/Dealers and RIAs. Most recently Bill served as Vice President with American Century where he was responsible for consultative sales of mutual funds and CITs in the retirement plan space, which included 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Non-Qualified Plans and Defined Benefit Plans.

Today, Bill lives in Summit, New Jersey where he currently operates his own independent financial planning and investment management practice through Kingsview Wealth Management. In his free time, Bill enjoys playing golf, paddle tennis, reading and cooking. However, Bill’s greatest joy is time spent with his three children: Ginny, Charlie and Cassie.


Bill Koehler, AIF®


Bill Koehler is a Wealth Manager for Kingsview Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and a managing parter at The TE Group. He runs Kingsview’s branch office in Lindenhurst, NY, as well as Highland Park, NJ where he serves on the Chamber of Commerce and takes pride in his ties to his local community.

Bill has a passion for Small Business Financial Planning and consulting, and he enjoys working with hundreds of businesses where he has assisted from a wide spectrum of financial and tax strategies.

Prior to his career at Kingsview and Partnership at TEG, Bill was a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, where his dedication to client service helped him double the size of his advisory practice while breaking the national company record for client results and satisfaction. 

When he isn’t at the office using his background in both finance and engineering to help clients solve complex financial planning problems, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Lacie, their kids Avery and Lian, surfing, traveling and bowling.

Bill currently holds the series 66, as well as Life, Accident, and Health licenses.
