Michael Neal

Michael Neal is a highly successful business consultant with expertise in expert accounting and business success. He spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (, where he was a registered alternative investment accountant and business analyst. During his tenure at PwC, Michael worked alongside many of the nation's leading organizations in various areas such as public/private asset management, real estate investment, employee benefit plan processing, and consumer product evaluations.

Michael's in-depth experience in managing all phases of the audit/review accounting process, from client planning strategy to financial data evaluation and the presentation of financial results, has made him a trusted advisor to his clients. He has a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that help businesses thrive.

In 2020, Michael transitioned from the large-scale Fortune 500 industry to pursue his passion for small/midsize business consulting. He now assists clients in understanding the micro and macro impact of operational expenses on their company's overall profit line. Michael specializes in qualifying businesses for government-based funding opportunities, ensuring their long-term success.

Michael holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. John's University, with a focus on accounting and finance. He also completed his Harvard Business School business consulting and strategy certifications in 2023.

When Michael is not assisting clients in growing their businesses, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Amy and two young children, Adelyn and Eloise. In his spare time, Michael is an avid golfer, skier, and beach volleyball player who loves to travel.

Bill has dedicated his career to corporate financial services, consistently delivering optimal benefit solutions for his clients. Over the years, he has successfully raised billions of dollars in revenue and premium for the companies he has served.

His journey began as an Account Executive, where he excelled in selling and servicing health plans and supplementary benefits for small to mid-sized companies. Transitioning to AllianceBernstein, Bill took on the role of Senior Vice President, creating and overseeing the Midwest territory dedicated to corporate retirement plans.

At Merrill Lynch, as the National Sales Director, Bill demonstrated exceptional leadership by building and managing a team of 30 specialists. This team played a crucial role in assisting financial advisors with the technical aspects of consultative selling and servicing Corporate and High Net Worth clients.

As the Global Head of Corporate Consulting for Pershing, Bill led a team of 8 consultants, strategically representing Pershing's full suite of Corporate and High Net Worth products to Broker/Dealers nationally and internationally. His expertise extended to various financial products, including IRAs, Retirement Plans, 529s, Non-Purpose and Fully Paid Securities Lending, Trust Services, Cash Management Accounts, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, ETFs, and Annuities.

In his most recent role as a Partner and Chief Development Officer at the Tax Efficient Group, Bill continues to contribute to the success of businesses in the financial services sector. His achievements showcase a proven track record in building businesses, raising substantial funds, and excelling in corporate consultative selling.

Additionally, he leveraged his engineering background to develop innovative programs that continue to benefit companies today.

His analytical mindset allows him to understand each client's unique needs deeply, crafting tailored strategies for success.
