Michael Neal

Michael Neal is a highly successful business consultant with expertise in expert accounting and business success. He spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (, where he was a registered alternative investment accountant and business analyst. During his tenure at PwC, Michael worked alongside many of the nation's leading organizations in various areas such as public/private asset management, real estate investment, employee benefit plan processing, and consumer product evaluations.

Michael's in-depth experience in managing all phases of the audit/review accounting process, from client planning strategy to financial data evaluation and the presentation of financial results, has made him a trusted advisor to his clients. He has a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that help businesses thrive.

In 2020, Michael transitioned from the large-scale Fortune 500 industry to pursue his passion for small/midsize business consulting. He now assists clients in understanding the micro and macro impact of operational expenses on their company's overall profit line. Michael specializes in qualifying businesses for government-based funding opportunities, ensuring their long-term success.

Michael holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. John's University, with a focus on accounting and finance. He also completed his Harvard Business School business consulting and strategy certifications in 2023.

When Michael is not assisting clients in growing their businesses, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Amy and two young children, Adelyn and Eloise. In his spare time, Michael is an avid golfer, skier, and beach volleyball player who loves to travel.

Bill Collins, AIF®

Bill is a graduate of Hobart College where he obtained a degree in Philosophy, while serving as VP of the Entrepreneur’s Club and the Pledge Master for the Kappa Alpha Society. When he wasn’t busy dedicating his time to his studies he enjoyed playing lacrosse and squash.

After graduation Bill began his long career in financial services. His broad experience spans various aspects of the retirement planning and investment management industry. Bill’s experience includes serving as the National Sales Director at Merrill Lynch,

where he built and managed a team of 30 specialists who assisted financial advisors with the technical aspects of consultative selling and servicing of IRAs, Roth IRAs, 529s, SIMPLES, SEPs, 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Non-Qualified Plans and Defined Benefit Plans. He also worked as Global Head of Corporate Consulting for Pershing, where he created a team of 8 consultants who strategically sold IRAs, Retirement Plans, 529s, Non-Purpose and Fully Paid Securities Lending, Trust Services, Cash Management Accounts, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, ETFs and Annuities to serve the needs of Broker/Dealers and RIAs. Most recently Bill served as Vice President with American Century where he was responsible for consultative sales of mutual funds and CITs in the retirement plan space, which included 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Non-Qualified Plans and Defined Benefit Plans.

Today, Bill lives in Summit, New Jersey where he currently operates his own independent financial planning and investment management practice through Kingsview Wealth Management. In his free time, Bill enjoys playing golf, paddle tennis, reading and cooking. However, Bill’s greatest joy is time spent with his three children: Ginny, Charlie and Cassie.

Meet Bill, a highly skilled financial professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary who combines his engineering analytical mindset with his personable approach to help small businesses reach their financial goals. With his diverse background and extensive knowledge of finance and engineering, he provides expert financial advice to his clients and assists them in navigating complex financial challenges.

Prior to joining Kingsview, Bill worked as a consultant for businesses of all sizes, where he utilized his engineering expertise to develop several programs that are still used by companies today. His outstanding achievements in the field include working on Cablevision's Business Development team, where he ranked in the top 10 percent of the company and developed a customer relationship management tool to manage current and prospective clients.

At Kingsview, Bill focuses on helping small businesses achieve their financial goals. His engineering analytical mindset and personable approach enable him to understand his clients' unique needs and develop effective strategies that work best for them. He assists his clients in navigating the financial landscape and overcoming obstacles that stand in the way of their success.

Bill is a licensed financial professional, holding series 66, as well as Life, Accident, and Health licenses. In addition, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, which means that he upholds the highest ethical standards and acts in his clients' best interests at all times. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in financial planning, Bill is well-equipped to guide his clients towards making sound investment decisions and achieving their financial goals. When he's not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and indulging in his hobbies, which include surfing, golfing, and bowling.
